Terms & Conditions

  • A non-refundable deposit of $350 is necessary to secure the event date and time. Only upon receipt of this deposit can your booking be confirmed.

 

  • The rest of the funds must be paid up to one week before the event

 

  • Penalty rates apply for events that fall on December 24, December 31 and on public holiday dates stipulated by the Victorian Government

 

  • Any event that is NOT within a 30km radius of the Chadstone shopping centre will incur $50 travel costs for every hour of driving​
